Review: L'oreal HIP Jelly Balm in 220 Ripe

L'oreal HIP Jelly Balm 220 Ripe
I picked up the L'oreal HIP Jelly Balm in 220 Ripe a few days ago from the Rite Aid clearance shelf for only $2. Too bad it's been discontinued!

I love this lip balm! It's fairly bright (compared to what I'm used to), layerable, and stays quite a while. The color even lasts long after it wears off.

I've read reviews in which people complained about how the pot of gloss is unsanitary, but let's get this one straight- ANYTHING you use on your mouth is unsanitary at one point or another. I find this pot gloss to be CLEANER than those you apply with a wand and insert back into the tube. Yeah, your fingers/brushes should be clean when you apply anything, THAT'S JUST COMMON SENSE. So don't believe the crap, because that's exactly what it is- crap. Some people just want to whine, and many will believe anything.

If I can find them before they're all gone, I would love to try some of the other colors, and perhaps get another in 220 Ripe. These are great, and I'm a little sad they gave up on this one.
